These are a collection of photos I have taken over the years whenever inspiration struck me or I had simply taken my camera out on a perfectly normal day.
Looking back has made me grateful for any moment I had decided to be brave and take out my camera to simply capture a moment in time.
This photo in particular is a favorite of mine and has been for years. Taken in Summer of 2020, I was able to witness the beautiful sight of the youngest and oldest in our family swinging together on the playground set in the backyard.
The motion blur of the little boy, Sergio, symbolizes the fleeting pace of youth, a quiet reflection on how time moves swiftly when we’re young and slows only when we begin to long for it back.
While the older man is perfectly captured in motion with a big and joyful smile on his face. He is simply hoping for time to slow down and stay in this moment.
